This tier is intended for straightforward, well-organized activity. Multiple businesses or rentals, or those requiring significant bookkeeping, cleanup, complex depreciation, asset dispositions, multiple activities or additional categories may fall into the complex tier.
Situations that increase complexity include, but are not limited to foreign income, alternative investments, recent major life events (divorce, inheritance, selling a business, passing); asset-heavy businesses or those claiming complex credits.

Our business tax practice is currently full. Business returns are defined as partnerships (Form 1065), S-corps (Form 1120S), C-corps (Form 1120) and Non-Profits (Form 990). We've chosen to keep our business client list intentionally small so we can dedicate the majority of our practice to individual tax planning and preparation. As a result, we are no longer accepting new business tax return engagements for the 2025 filing season.
